Our in-house ferrous foundry produces grey and ductile iron castings for automotive and industrial applications. With controlled induction melting, mechanised sand and core-making facilities, we manufacture close-tolerance castings up to 25 kg, ensuring consistent metallurgy, structural integrity, and traceability from melt to finished component.

Our aluminium gravity die casting facility is designed for structural and engine-related components where strength and reliability are critical. Using permanent metal moulds, we produce aluminium castings up to 25 kg with stable mechanical properties, making them ideal for pump housings, covers, and load-bearing parts.

The pressure die casting facility supports high-volume production of precision aluminium components. With casting capability up to 700 g, the process delivers tight tolerances, thin-wall sections, and excellent surface finish, suited for small housings, covers, and precision pump components.

Our CNC machining operations deliver high-precision components with tight dimensional control and geometric accuracy. Capable of handling complex profiles and close tolerances, the facility supports both in-house castings and customer-supplied parts, ensuring consistency across series production.

Dedicated gear manufacturing facility equipped with 6 gear hobbing and shaving machines, enabling precision gear production for pumps and engine assemblies with controlled tooth profiles and consistent accuracy.

Integrated assembly and validation area with 12 dedicated test benches, leak testers, and presses, enabling 100% functional testing of pumps and assemblies for flow, pressure, leakage, and performance before dispatch.

Production for OEMs like Mahindra and TATA are done in dedicated lines which ensures single piece flow, minimum WIP and quick response to model changes.
